Using Frequently Asked Questions is a good way to address frequent inquiries by providing a website section dedicated to providing concise answers. There are two ways to add FAQs to your website:
To add an FAQ question to a website, open the website editor and scroll down to the FAQ section. Next, click the “edit” pencil icon next to the question placeholder text.
Enter your new question and click the check mark to save your text changes. Next, click the down arrow to the right of the question to view the FAQ answer. Click the pencil icon next to the answer placeholder text to add your own answer.
You can add as many FAQ questions and answers to your website as you'd like by clicking on “Add FAQ.” Make sure to click on the checkmark after adding your own questions and answers to confirm your changes.
SwellSpace provides all users access to prepopulated FAQs. To access the FAQ library, open the website editor and scroll down to the FAQ section. Next, click the “Browse our FAQ Library” button.
Choose the FAQs that you’d like to use by clicking on the checkbox to the right of the FAQ and then clicking on “Add Selected FAQs” at the bottom.
You will find the FAQs you selected in your website’s FAQ section, where you can edit them and make them your own by clicking on the edit pencil icons. Make sure to click on the checkmark after adding your own questions and answers to confirm your changes.
SwellSpace provides additional FAQ controls by allowing you to reorder your FAQs after you’ve created them. Simply drag an FAQ by the 6 dots to the left of the FAQ up and down to reorder.
