Benny (AI Assistant)

Meet Benny, your friendly AI assistant on SwellSpace. Benny helps employees quickly find answers about their benefits, company policies, and other workplace topics. No more digging through documents, just ask Benny and get clear, accurate answers in seconds. With Benny, your team gets the support they need, right when they need it.

To set up Benny (SwellSpace’s AI assistant) on your site, click the "AI Settings" icon shown in the image below. 

Then, you can enter the purpose of your site, select “Enable Chatbot” if you want your site users to be able to access Benny, and select what type of site content you have. When you select “Benefits Information”, Benny will only pull information from documents within your site.

You also have the option to display Benny at the top section of your site or as a button at the bottom right.

Build A Site with AI

After clicking on "Create a site", you can quickly get started using the AI-powered builder by clicking “Build Site (AI)”.

The AI will guide you through a form where you fill out key details. It’s especially important to complete the purpose of the site section, as this helps the AI tailor the content and structure to your goals. If you want specific pages, like Medical, Dental, or Contacts, include those in the form so the AI can generate them automatically. With just a few details, the AI will create a professional, ready-to-edit website that reflects your vision without the need to start from scratch.

You will receive an email once your site generation is complete.
