This month, we’re spotlighting Lindsey Banks, one of our Account Executives who brings her energy, curiosity, and collaborative spirit to every conversation. Lindsey plays a key role in helping employers, brokers, and partners discover how SwellSpace makes benefits and HR communication simple, engaging, and accessible for everyone.

Tell us a little about yourself. What drew you to join the SwellSpace team?
Lindsey: Hi, I’m Lindsey! When I first heard about SwellSpace, I was immediately drawn in by the people. Right off the bat, I could tell there was a challenge they were eager to solve, and that they were genuinely excited about the journey ahead. Everyone brings such a variety and depth of knowledge and experience to the table, and they all share an amazing vision for what we’re building together. There’s this contagious sense of purpose and collaboration that makes every day feel exciting. I feel so grateful to be surrounded by such a talented team and to play a part in bringing SwellSpace’s vision to life.

What’s your role at SwellSpace, and what does a typical day look like?
Lindsey: I get to connect directly with employers and share how our platform can make a real difference for their teams. We make it simple for employees, their families, and even candidates and retirees to access everything from benefits to wellness programs, while also helping HR teams save time and communicate more effectively.

I’m also involved in strategy around our channel partnerships, which is really exciting. We’re always exploring how we can collaborate with other organizations to solve challenges that many employers face. I love that no two days are the same here. There’s always collaboration, brainstorming, and creative problem-solving to make work easier and more engaging for the people we serve.

What’s something interesting you’re seeing in the HR, benefits, or software space right now?
Lindsey: One of the most exciting things I’m seeing in the HR and benefits space is how rapidly AI is transforming the industry. It’s opening new ways for teams to automate processes and free up time for strategy, creativity, and connection. I feel lucky to witness this firsthand at SwellSpace. Our own AI model keeps learning and improving, and I’m so impressed with the team that’s building it. AI is definitely the hottest topic right now, and for good reason. Everyone is looking for smarter ways to innovate, discover new strategies, and elevate their software. I can’t wait to see how much it evolves in the coming year.

What’s your favorite part of working at SwellSpace?
Lindsey: My favorite part of working at SwellSpace comes down to two things. First, it’s incredibly rewarding to see the impact our platform has on organizations. I love hearing from customers who tell us that SwellSpace has made a real difference, whether it’s reducing questions during open enrollment, helping HR teams showcase the programs they work so hard to provide, or giving employees a single, accessible place for everything they need. From day one, I’ve seen the vision of SwellSpace in action, and hearing our clients say it’s helping their teams means so much.

Second, it’s the people. Everyone at SwellSpace inspires me to learn, dig deeper, get creative, and give my best every day. Being part of a team that’s so driven and supportive makes me excited to see how we will continue to grow and create together.

Just for fun, what’s your favorite movie, and what do you love about it?
Lindsey: My favorite movie is Ocean’s 8! I love the clever heist, the unexpected twists, and the all-star cast of smart, funny women pulling it off. It’s stylish, entertaining, and always fun to watch.
